Our Exciting Opportunity:
You will get an in-depth knowledge of the Site Material suppliers and the products they offer that are critical to the success of our Inbound and customer deliveries at Supply Hub Europe
You will work closely with Site Material supplier’s and key influencers. You will ensure suppliers fully understand and support our forecast, deliveries, quality and where their products fit.
You will drive our Site Material suppliers towards continuous improvement and operational efficiency, bridging them with our digitalization and automation goals. Using their unique skills and market positions to implement innovative solutions that ensure Ericsson's site material products exceed our customers' delivery expectations.
You will work closely with our Global Site Material Supply team, Order management team and suppliers, driving a one Ericsson voice with these suppliers.
You will work closely with the MELA Hub and Supply team to secure on time deliveries and with the high quality that are required.
In this Role you will:
Drive against the various complexities and challenges present in the Inbound supply chain for Site Material products.
Influence Site Material Suppliers, ensuring cost efficient, reliable and efficient supplies of our Ericsson Site Material product portfolio.
Drive solutions with the utmost urgency with Site Material Suppliers while keeping their organizations focused on our site material product rollout requirements 0 to 12 months forward.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Bachelor's or master's degree in BA or related field of study.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Supplier Relationship Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
A track record of delivering results, problem-solving, and accountability in a highly matrix and global organization.
Advanced interpersonal, listening, and communication skills representing your organizational objectives both internally and externally with key supplier partners and their executive teams
