Inbound Supply Manager (662564)

Our Outstanding Opportunity
We are now looking for an Inbound Supply Manager to secure short- and long-term material availability in the inbound supply chains between external suppliers, Prototyping and Production Technology, Ericsson Supply Sites and ensuring stakeholder fulfilment with R&D, Production Management and Sourcing.
In this role, you will develop and optimize use of time and capital resources, ensuring accurate dimensioning and maintenance of inventories throughout the supply chain.
You will, also, ensure supply by maintaining the operational supplier relationship and handling supplier issues.

As an Inbound Supply Manager your main tasks will include:
Receive purchase requests in SAP ONE or other agreed channel, build purchase order or other sort of purchase requirement, collect the confirmation from supplier
Take actions and foresee potential supply risks from suppliers and act timely if the risks can’t be mitigated with own effort
Provide material status to planning team or other stakeholders within PPT, Supply or R&D
Find potential alternative solution to secure the on-time delivery
Coordinate with the LSP, Shipping and Forwarding to ensure shipment arrival PPT Kista on time
Follow up the correctness of supplier invoices and address any potential problem with invoices that get blocked in SAP


To be successful in the role you must have:
University degree in Engineering / Business or Economics
Newly grad
Good knowledge in mathematical and statistical analysis
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Competence to influence across organizations, leading change, originating ideas, gaining dedication
A proactive leadership style in which you can influence a wide range of partners
Structured way in your work and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
