StudentWork is specialized in staffing and recruitment of tomorrow s highly educated workforce with a focus on Finland and Sweden.Our database contains contact information for tens of thousands of students from universities, engineering schools and colleges.On behalf of our client we are now looking for a German Speaking Incident Analyst.This position is a direct recruitment to our client.The company is a leading provider of services and solutions for efficient purchasing.They have a wide range of applications based on SAP SRM technology.They also provide self developed applications and modules connected and integrated via Web Methods.The Service Desk operates as the hub for the corporate applications and operations management group providing all our customers both internally and externally a single point of contact (SPOC).You will be working in a young and exciting environment.You will be the main interface and communication channel between our client and the customer single point of contact (SPOC).In this role you will also be part of the Incident Management Team and continously interact with our customers.You will work together with 11 highly motivated collegues that provide 2nd line support for the customers and users.The office is located in Stockholm. Your main responsibilities will be: ?Provide 1st line support for customer single points of contact ?Troubleshoot and resolve all kinds of incidents ?Report incidents to our jour responsible and handle the communication with customers ?Be part of main release projects ?Lead customers in using all functionalities ?Work with improvement of internal processes Who we are looking for: ?Strong social and communication skills ?Strong service and support experience ?Good analytical skills ?Ability to put the client in focus ?Ability to take own initiatives and to think outside the box ?Internationally driven ?Result oriented Experience: ?A technical background and/or support ?Client and value adding mindset ?Open-minded and positive ?Analytical and structured ?It is a merit if you have experience in ITIL as best practice Language skills ?Fluent in German ?Fluent in English Application: Would you like to be a part of this exciting and international organization?in the subject.Interviews will be held continously so please send your application as soon as possible.
