The Nordic Support department is responsible for enabling and ensuring the service management in Group function IT.
The unit contributes with designing processes, concepts and implementing them in the service management areas to ensure that the processes provide desired business result.

Job duties
In the role as Incident Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the standards, rules and policies for IT Incident management. The primary objective is to restore normal IT service operation as quickly as possible when an incident has occurred and minimize the adverse impact on business operations. The goal is to have a structured way of working that ensures that agile teams and vendors can easily solve incidents.
You will work with, among other things:
- Following up on Incidents
- Reporting progress of Incidents
- Handling deviations where Incidents are not on right track
- Ensuring that work is done on Incidents
- Handling escalations of Incidents where progress is not as expected
- Ensuring communication to User Community, Business and other stakeholders
- Following up on Incident trends
We are looking for you who have
- Education within relevant field.
- Experience of qualified work within Incident Management
- Competence in working with high paced and developing improvement processes
- Experience of working in an international and outsourced IT environment
- Service Management tools knowledge is a must (preferably Jira servce desk)
- ITIL foundation certification (v 3 or 4)
- Fluent in English
