Our team is made up of passionate experts in all areas and levels of Digital Experience Design: Product UX Design, Strategic Experience Design, Data Experience Design, Experience Design Research, Emerging Tech Design, Digital Taxonomy, Content Strategy, Experience Writing, Optimization Writing, Inclusive Design, Design Systems, Motion Design, and Design Ops to hold us all together and keep us efficient.

What you’ll be doing day to day as Inclusive Design Leader
Create, drive and lead Digital Inclusive Design strategies, concepts and programs in order to deliver excellent and unique IKEA digital experiences across all touchpoints
Drive education and provide Inclusive Design approaches and best practice guidance across Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems ensuring concepts and strategies adhere to standards
Produce inclusive design deliverables for the full DXD team with the purpose to enhance the overall IKEA experiences for customers and co-workers with diverse characteristics
Provide direction, toolkits and lead other members of the the DXD and product teams through Inclusive design efforts to improve User Experience, conversion, customer experience, and other business metrics
Integrate Inclusive Design strategy and outcomes into all teams to ensure design of accessible products for all user groups
Drive and lead brainstorming, design sprints, human-centred design workshops and other co-creative design methods to bring the Inclusive Design strategy to life, working with other teams within Ingka to ensure delivery of consistent, unique and compelling user experiences

The team has a clear vision: to create everyday digital experiences for the many people through our human-centric methodologies that enable design, inspiration and innovation.
