Indian Head Chef

The Elephant is an indian restaurant located at Linnégatan. We offer both lunch and a la carte.


We are looking for a headchef to lead and develop our kitchen team. In addition to the passion for cooking indian food, you should in a communicative and motivating way coach your employees in their daily work.


You need to have good knowledge about indian food and working in a high tempo.


Further tasks are to plan and be responsible for day-to-day operations such as ordering of raw materials, contact with suppliers and guests, menu responsibility, budget responsibility, planning work together with the restaurant manager and owner.
You will also plan your and your collegues scheadules.
