This position is responsible for managing Engineering Services for Alstom Nordics
There will be close partnership with Legal, engineering, finance, Operations,
The role reports directly to Nordic Indirect Procurement Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As a member of the sourcing team you will be responsible to give support on sourcing task and routines. You will communicate with Sourcing community local and central as well as other internal stakeholders
Additionally, this role will have some responsibility for Supplier management and procurement administration (contract management, variations, renewals etc)
Skills and education
Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance or another related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Depth of knowledge in an ERP system; Workday experience preferred
Depth of knowledge in MS Office, and specifically adept at Excel.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent attention to detail.
