Your mission?
As an Indirect Procurement Manager, you will be the Procurement representative for the Indirect area in Nordics & Russia.
You will therefore be part of the Nordics & Russia Procurement Leadership team and your mission will include:
Managing a team of Senior Buyers.
Managing a large supplier base and a significant spend area.
Establishing the right panel of suppliers, savings initiatives, organisational changes, local/central instructions, conduct Make or Buy decisions and more.
Acting as a facilitator between Procurement Function and the Business.
Your profile?
You are seeking to develop and maintain long-term, strong relationships with your team, peers and vendors. You are agile with data analytics and Business Intelligence concept and you have a great capacity to transmit, coach and train others.
Minimum qualifications:
Business School and MASTER in Purchasing
1o years of experience in Procurement, project and operation
Strong management experience of large multicultural team
Fluent business English and Swedish
Ideally:
You have experience in the field of railway, infrastructure, automotive or aerospace
