Assignment length: Consultancy assignment at least 6 months - probably longer
Other information: The position involves some travel

Tasks

Prepare, distribute and evaluate RFQs in line with FlexLink's indirect material strategy

Drive and support in continuous supplier evaluation work (benchmarks)

Drive activities to reduce costs

Support the creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the company's ERP (SAP)

Collection and analysis of data on the category of indirect purchases

Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing indirect material processes

Participate in and contribute during project meetings

Develop commodity strategies for defined commodities or subcategories

Requirement profile:
We are looking for someone who is a curious and driven person who thrives in the purchasing role. You are flexible, positive and meticulous, and have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role with many points of contact. We also believe that you have:

1 2-3 years of experience in indirect sourcing work.
2 You have a university degree (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably in business administration or law
3 Fluency in English both written and oral.
4 Strong analytical skills and financial awareness.
5 Good system knowledge, preferably in SAP or similar systems.
6 Proven negotiation experience
