Indiska is looking for a Management Trainee

Indiska is a Swedish lifestyle brand established in 1901. Indiska is on an intensive expansion and growth journey. As a member of the team, it requires flexibility, entrepreneurial drive, and great problem-solving skills.

As part of team Indiska you will have an impactful role where your decisions and projects will affect the future of Indiska. You will report directly to our CEO and work closely together with the rest of the management team. As a Management Trainee at Indiska you will lead key projects mainly focused on corporate development, supplier relations, financial reporting, strategy development, as well as day-to-day ad-hoc and hands-on tasks. The work is highly varied with a high level of flexibility as well as responsibility from day one. The management trainee is based in our Stockholm headquarters. This will give you a wide understanding of the business and expose you to a wide range of practices.

Who can apply?

We are looking for newly graduated students with a M.Sc. degree in business or engineering with great academic results or 1-2 years of work experience.

As a person you have strong leadership skills, analytical ability and a passion for problem solving.

If you have experience from working within retail – great, that is a plus! However, the mindset to learn fast and roll up the sleeves is the most important element!

We think you enjoy working in Excel and Power Point as well as a passion for analysis

You are a fluent in Swedish as well as English and any other language is a plus.
