About the position
In this role you will be responsible for customer journey mapping, ensure that our planned activities and campaigns are carried out according to the commercial plan and lead and drive a diverse eCommerece team with specialized areas. You will also be responsible for communication with customers following our plan and is in line with our brand strategy and brand manual. You will be reporting to Head of Marketing and eCommerce.
Main responsibilities:
- Create and execute roadmaps according to our strategy
- Customer journey planning and executing
- You will be responsible for the roadmap and prioritization of backlogs for Indiska
- Responsible for Web optimization and A/B-testing
- Overseeing design and developments of website
- Follow up on KPIs and budget
- Develop and execute sales campaigns and exclusive online offers
- Responsible for Performance marketing such as SoMe and Paid traffic campaigns as a part Commercial plan
- Develop eCommerce-strategy together with Head of Marketing and eCommerce
- Lead and drive a diverse eCommerece team with specialized areas
- Analyze website data to understand customer behavior and improve sales and conversion rate
- Support our sale organization in shaping and advising on new deals/campaigns
- Stakeholder and main contact for our Paid traffic agency
- Work closely with web development and technical team

Qualifications:
- University education or equivalent within Marketing, eCommerce or Online sale
- 4+ years of experience of working as eCommerce/Online sales manager. Preferably within Fashion or Home interior retail
- Leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and results-oriented
- Knowledge in web technologies, such as web analytics and marketing automation
- Knowledge in Performance Marketing such as SEM, SEO, SoMe, Affiliates and Programmatic
- Experience working within analysis tools, for example Google Analytics
- Experience in CRO
- Experience in driving customer and data-driven development within the D2C market
- Experience in Omnichannel sales
- eCommerce experience with an understanding of the end-to-end D2C sales
- Good understanding of assortment, conversion, and the interaction between online and store
- Fluent in English and Swedish both spoken and written
