Industrial Engineering Trainee

The role as Industrial Engineering Trainee is a fixed-term role for 6 months. You will work within Airmee’s Operations team, focusing on the Kallhäll terminal, and report directly to the CEO and Head of Operations. The role:
Overall, the role involves mapping out the workflows at our terminals & loading hubs, which includes process optimization, workflow analysis, and the integration of technology-driven solutions in logistics as well as obtaining a shared understanding of the flow. This includes:
Documenting and formalizing how we currently operate.
Connecting existing SOPs and process descriptions with new ones.
Ensuring that processes are effective and followed throughout the organization.

We work in a highly data-driven environment, with all our processes—such as sorting, loading, and delivery—being technology-driven. These processes must be optimized as much as possible to ensure precise delivery, and you will contribute to this effort. To secure the most efficient delivery possible, we are increasing transparency throughout the entire chain, from package handling at our terminals to the final delivery to the consumer.

Your qualifications: Degree in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Technologies /Logistics Engineering / Supply chain or a similar field
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Power BI, preferably experience with, Notion
Experience in management systems / industrial processes, industrial planning procedures or similar
