As a maintenance manager, you constantly focus on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and personnel. Lean is the basis of our production, and you will be involved in the compliance and development of our production system, the RTR Production System.
We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Manager with strong leadership experience within maintenance in manufacturing operations.


Areas of responsibilities
Your area of ​​responsibilities includes the operation of existing equipment as well as requirements for new equipment. Your task will be to create, develop and lead the Industrial Maintenance group in our factory in Mölnlycke.
You use your experience with best practice techniques and digital tools to lead the development and implementation of maintenance strategies. You coach your team to deliver enhanced asset reliability and efficiency.


· Lead, follow up and develop operations within the team, and in cooperation with your operations management colleagues contribute to the development of the entire factory
· Ensure that safety is the priority in the daily business and work with proactive safety actions
· Responsibility for your teams work environment
· Competence development of the employees and the team
· Assure efficient processes and resource deployment
· Responsibility for KPI’s being efficiently fulfilled
· Cost center budget responsibility
· 5S and continuous improvement
· Mechanical workshop and equipment center
· Implement and maintain a fit for purpose digital maintenance system
· Plan and perform preventive, continuous and reactive maintenance
· Own external service contacts and service agreements
· Equipment efficiency (OEE)
· Contribute to equipment risk mitigation and Spare parts management
· Contribute with requirements for new equipment
· Instrument calibration ownership

Requirements
We are looking for you who see the difference between being a leader and being a manager. You have a relevant degree or work experience in this field. It is a requirement that you have held a management position before.
You are responsive, structured, goal- and quality-conscious and lead your team towards the same goal.

Good competence in the MS Office package is important and good knowledge of Swedish and English both spoken and written.
