Industrialisation project manager to global pharma company

Job description
Our client in Uppsala are foreseeing huge development and investment projects for the next years and in need of support in project management. 
Both as responsible for executing own projects as well as acting stream leads in major projects.

In this role you will be responsible for execution & success of  assigned Operations projects or streams in accordance with the project management methodology, standardized work processes and applicable standards.

Responsibilities
In this role your main tasks will be:
Plan, organize and coordinate project- or stream activities, both for pre-studies as in project execution. 
Perform cost control and balance the demand for quality/scope/schedule/cost. 
Be prepared to manage risks and issues that could affect the project scope. 
Be accountable for all project decision documents.
Manage site cross-functional teams of professionals responsible for Engineering, Operations, site infrastructure and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure appropriate reporting of project progression inside and outside the team.
Work according to industry standards and take applicable regulation into account.




Working hours
Full-time. At least one year. start 2021

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we require:
university degree within engineering, business or science
5+ yrs of working within Life Science industry
Good skills in project management tools and practices
Excellent communications skills in english
Experience in team leadership
