Your challenge – and what you can expect

If you enjoy truly cross-functional work and working with new product introduction this is the job for you! It will be your mission to assure successful product introduction through our industrialization process, part of our product creation process.

As industrialization engineer you will be working with a wide network of contacts throughout the organization, sometimes more independently but more often as sub- project leader depending of the scope of the project.

You will assure successful product introduction by setting- and breaking down targets, planning and driving various task throughout the project to assure that the product and process is meeting environment, health, safety, quality and cost targets.

In the role you will be reporting to Martin Pettersson, Senior Vice President Operations.

On top of this, you need:

• Strong analytical skills.
• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Experiences of process and production efficiency and improvement tools for example lean, DFX, FMEA
• Good production system and lean knowledge
• More than 5 years’ working experience
• Experience of successfully working with industrialization
• Project leader experience
• Be used to continuously drive improvements and deliver results.
• Strong team worker.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken alike.
