We are looking for an experienced Industrialization Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Manufacturing Industrialization team based in Stockholm, Sweden. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up the Northvolt Systems factory in Gdansk, Poland and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
The Industrialization Manager is responsible to structure, drive and execute the industrialization of new and existing products from design phase to production hand-over for all In-house manufacturing activities. Together with the Manufacturing Tech Lead the Industrialization Manager leads all manufacturing activities in a project.
If you have a proven track record of industrializing products in challenging environments this is your chance to have a once in a lifetime opportunity to lead the scale up of a new industry for Europe.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accountable for leading, tracking and improving all manufacturing activities in the project, including manufacturing process development, launch readiness for new products and Design for Manufacturing
Develop and track the manufacturing launch plan including time schedule, gateways, KPIs and deliverables to reach the project targets
Plan resources, build and lead the project/program team across manufacturing engineering (i.e., equipment, process, A&C, Industrialization, Factory engineering)
Plan, organize, direct and conduct industrialization related activities within the development team, supply chain team and production team.
Coordinate gate reviews and ensure a goal oriented drive in the project

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level
5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience in leading projects / teams
Proven record of (agile) project management
