Here’s what you would do:

As an Industrialization Manager, you will be responsible for executing and driving the process of industrialization, connecting Product Development with Manufacturing and secure the way of working when new or updated products are to be scaled up in the manufacturing system on our EMEA sites.

The role is reporting to Engineering Director EMEA and is placed in Landskrona, but the team also meets up in our Malmö office and, of course, works from home- according to our hybrid working model.

This is a new role in our Engineering EMEA-organization, and you’ll have a lot of possibilities to shape and develop the role and our way of working. Exciting!

As an Industrialization Manager, you’ll mostly be focusing on:

Ensuring an organizational know-how on how to communicate and implement new products into the manufacturing sites, by:

Executing and driving the industrialization process as the interface between Manufacturing and Product Development (and other cross functions), implementing new and updated products into production.

Outlining, implementing and improving the industrialization deliverables in the EMEA product development projects, and product implementation when it comes to green field/brown field factory projects

Industrialization project manager in regional and local projects

Be part of a global and regional industrialization network to share knowledge within the company

Supporting the digitalization in the Industrialization Process

Here’s the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that we’re looking for in the role:

Senior project management and/or professional experience of introducing new products into the production system, either from the technical/production point of view, or from innovation/product development point of view. A background from the Food Industry is however a requirement!

Experience of leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, for example in Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality etc.

Very good holistic view when it comes to understanding strategies and priorities in different parts of the organization and how these interconnects and affect each other

Strong communication skills.

Structured with demonstrated knowledge of how to measure success in quantitative as well as qualitative terms.

Self-motivated and willing to take initiatives to secure success.

Natural approach to stakeholder engagement, supporting and coaching in leading the way forward, gaining trust and providing clarity in cross-functional organizations

Comfortable with ambiguity in the process of building something lasting from the ground up.

Fluency in English both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite.

Master of Science or equivalent.
