Industrialization Project Manager

We are looking for a Industrialization Project Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Systems team based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up our ESS business and contribute to the growth of one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
The Industrialization Project Manager will be responsible to ensure that the program activities concerning the modules and packs production equipment (manufacturing, installation and commissioning) are conducted within the approved budget and schedule.
Additionally, you will coordinate other parts of the Program (process, equipment and factory teams) to ensure that the needed deliverables are clearly identified and delivered on time.
The Industrialization Project Manager will also support and coordinate the planning and execution of the equipment ramp-up of production.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Within the ESS Expansion Program
· Coordinate interfaces between the program teams (process, equipment, factory) to identify and schedule the exchange of information critical to the timely delivery of the production lines.
· Manage the external suppliers involved in the production line and synchronize their activities with the factory in Poland (business trips needed, variable frequency for each project phase)
· In cooperation with the PMO team, define and execute acceleration plans when needed to meet the timeline of the production line installation and commissioning.
· Maintain an updated register of risks and opportunities for the production line development, and actively manage the associated action plan (esp. risk mitigation actions).
Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
· A university degree, preferably in Engineering
· Minimum 3 years of experience post graduate
· Working experience either in Project Management, Production lines commissioning and installation, Procurement, Engineering or Operations
· Capable of planning and coordinating activities, getting things done and exceeding the customer expectations
· Budget and resource planning skills
