About the Role
As an Industry Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer relationships, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve joint business plan development, strategic pitching, opportunity sizing, and managing priorities related to account planning. You will be a key point of contact for customers, nurturing relationships and identifying new growth opportunities. With your expertise and influence, you will contribute to the overall customer strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

This role is a consultancy via Adecco that is planned to start within immediate affect and go on until the 8th of June 2024.

Responsibilities:

- Own customer relationships, driving joint business plan development and sales strategy.
- Independently lead opportunities and strategic pitches, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
- Contribute to scoping customer strategies and manage priorities for account planning.
- Develop multiple approaches to pursue and close deals across diverse customers and verticals.
- Lead cluster/region initiatives, defining scope and OKRs for driving impact beyond the core.
- Share best practices and collaborate globally to enhance sales strategies.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing primary relationships and addressing their needs.
- Influence and collaborate across teams to provide cohesive solutions.
- Develop industry knowledge and become a thought leader in our products and the competitive landscape.

Skills/Experience/Education:

- Strong consultative skills to understand stakeholder needs and make informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in conducting customer conversations, utilizing effective questioning techniques.
- Knowledge of customer research, including industry, competition, and end-customers.
- Ability to perform data-driven analysis and leverage it to position a value proposition.
- Familiarity with our well known sales tools and internal dashboards for analysis and optimization insights.
- Understanding of industry trends and the ability to apply them to strategies and plans.
- Experience in operations management and leveraging business practices for effective outcomes.
- Proven expertise in opportunity and pipeline management, driving customer value.
- Persuasion skills to gain commitment from partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong sales acumen and understanding of customer buying cycles and competitors´ offerings.
- Ability to develop sales and partnership strategies based on customer understanding and data analysis.
- Proficiency in situational leadership and stakeholder management strategies.

Our customer is an American multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. It is considered one of the Big Five technology companies in the U.S. information technology industry, and they are now looking for a new college.
