Multimind is looking for an Industry Manager (Key Account Manager)  Large Customer Sales - Norwegian clients  for our client which is the world's leading IT company. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting ASAP for 12 months in Oslo.

About our client: Our client is a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. The company is in the market for more than 20 years with a worldwide presence.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.


Experience working in an online sales, business development, and marketing capacity.


Direct client-facing experience and having had client responsibility is a must to be considered for the role.


Experience in building relationships within the media and advertising sectors.


Fluent in English and Norwegian.


Preferred qualifications:

Strong analytical skills


Experience from the retail industry


Knowledge of client's products.


Ability to mentor account managers in an effort to drive their performance.


Ability to deliver results under deadlines with excellent servicing and consultative skills.


The role: As an Industry Manager Omnichannel Retail, you'll work with our largest retail clients to provide digital solutions for Sales and Marketing objectives via a variety of client's products (e.g. Search, Mobile, Display, YouTube, and Google Marketing Platform). Additionally, you will manage C-level relationships and work closely with our clients to help them grow. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow.

Daily Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain C-level relationships and serve as a point of contact to our customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the client’s growth, and optimizing the advertising resources.


Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to clients.


Structure joint business plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves thorough understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and challenges.


Educate the market on client's advertising solutions.
