Influencer Expansion Coordinator (Vikariat)

We are looking for an Influencer Expansion Coordinator for our influencer department, which is part of our marketing department. As an Influencer Expansion Coordinator , you will get to build relationships with influencers for Gina Tricots new markets (currently Germany and Holland) . You will have to use both your communication and negotiation skills, as well as your passion for Instagram to drive sales and build a world-class brand together with us!


Tasks & Responsibilities

- Driving traffic and sales to Gina Tricot through scouting and building relations with influencers within Germany, Holland and if there’s new market launches

- Managing a high volume of collaborations with influencers from outreach and negotiation to posting and performance analysis

- Assisting Gina Tricot in increasing its brand awareness in Germany and Holland

- Develop new ideas to improve our influencer marketing/social media growth and processes

- Daily administrative duties, such as sending out products

- Helping out with events and live shopping

- You will continuously develop, follow up, analyze and evaluate the results of the collaborations you manage.

- Help out with samples and marketing wardrobe

- Establish and manage relationships with influencers

- Create a launch plan for potential new markets

- Manage the budget for Germany, Holland and new markets


About you

- Preferably, first working experience in a creative, dynamic and digital environment: Influencer Marketing, Sales or Social Media

- Deep understanding of the European influencer market and social media trends

- Comfortable with working towards ambitious and challenging targets and deadlines

- Innovative & result-driven with a strong sense of responsibility

- Strong and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 years working with influencer marketing, or similar

- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office

- Fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken

- Agency or Event experience is a plus


The role

- This is a 12 month temporary contract to cover maternity leave. With the possibility of extension, or a permanent contract at the end of the term.

- The role is based at our Borås HQ.
