Company Description
We are looking for a strategic and passionate Influencer Relations Specialist to join the Global Marketing & Communications Agency team! This is a full-time temporary position for up to 12 months.

H&M’s global Marketing & Communication department is located in Stockholm and supports 74 countries around the world. We have the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, both internally and externally. Celebrity & Influencer relations team including Showrooms works on building in-depth strategies to engage influencers and celebrities in H&M’s fashion forward collections, as well as planning & support for the H&M showrooms around the world. We are now looking for an Influencer Relations Specialist to join our team.
Job Description
As an Influencer Relations Specialist you will be part of the Celebrity & Influencer Relations including Showroom team, where you will be responsible of developing and working with the global influencer strategy. You will create and execute strategic influencer activations to build awareness and create engagement for selected H&M campaigns and collections across the whole H&M brand.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build strong and long-term relationships for the H&M brand
Develop and lead influencer strategies for selected collections
Responsible for setting KPIs and evaluate influencer campaigns
Drive progress for influencer activations based on insights and social media development
Create and update master lists of global influencers (both current and emerging)
Manage influencer assignments, briefs, contracts and agencies
Coordinate tasks within influencer activities
Support H&M markets with inquiries related to influencers and hold trainings about H&M’s global influencer strategy

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you truly enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, as well as you can manage several responsibilities simultaneously. You are able to plan and prioritize based on current conditions, have an agile mind set and you have the ability to see the bigger picture and influence others. As a person you are also a great team player who is also able to produce great results independently. You have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, and an interest in culture movements and a social media.
We’d love to meet someone who
Has an education within Communications and/or Marketing.
Long experience from influencer relations, influencer marketing and/or social media, preferable from an international scene with deep understanding of brand building activations.
Has experience from working within the fashion industry.
Previously has led and manage execution of influencer campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, setting campaign objectives and KPI’s.
Deep knowledge in the influencer scene and social media with focus on content creators present on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Strategic and understanding the development of the global digital media landscape.
Have fluent skills in English both verbally and written.
Skilled and comfortable in managing external contacts, partners and agencies.
Have great planning skills and attention to details.
