Job Description
We are looking for someone to lead the Range Information Security and Data Privacy agenda in connection with the Inter IKEA Group approach for Information Security and Data Privacy, which shall empower core business Range. You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans.
Together with your peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA, you will define and roll-out information security and data privacy approaches and ways of working in one or more of the areas: IT risk, compliance, business continuity and data and application security across Inter IKEA.
More specifically, in this role you will:
Assess business impact and risks related to information security and privacy; agree and monitor remediation plans
Be the expert in one or more of the fields of information security and privacy to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents
Act as the point of contact in case of data subject requests, incidents, and support the actions to investigate and also mitigate identified risks
Contribute to further development of frameworks and common capabilities as part of the Inter IKEA network of expertise and ensure implementation
At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values and role model for fact-based business leadership
Contribute to professional and long-term relationships with franchisees and other IKEA companies through the IKEA way of doing business, based on cooperation, trust and transparency
In this role you will report to our Information Security and Data Privacy Manager in core business Range and work closely with Information Security and Data Privacy leaders, Cyber Security leaders and specialists across Inter IKEA Group to lead towards uniformity and commonality.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a strong Information Security and Data Privacy Leader with hands-on experience with governance, risk & compliance and the ability to inspire and mobilise people towards clearly set objectives.
We expect you to have very good knowledge about business processes and information technologies, with a specific focus on information security and data privacy risk and compliance concepts, methodologies, ways-of-working and frameworks. You have hands-on experience in implementing organisational capabilities to strengthen IT risk and compliance management processes and to create a risk aware culture. You are comfortable with agile methodologies in a product-oriented organisation and DevOps approaches.
We are looking for a visionary, pragmatic and adaptable information security data privacy leader with strong willpower. You like to deal with ambiguity and want to contribute towards building new capabilities. You are curious and able to build relationships to establish strong trust between the security community and its stakeholders. It is also necessary that you carry natural credibility, and you have a proven track record of reaching stretched targets. You are an energetic and collaborative leader who has a very good knowledge of IT and digital organisations, strategies and working methods.
