Right now we are looking for you; the one person who knows that best in class information mgmt can contribute when building tomorrow together. You will be an important member of the information management and enterprise architecture team and work very close with teams in digital and IT and cooperate with stakeholders both within and outside the company.


The information architect responsibility includes that data quality, information security, information accessibility and agility of the enterprise information architecture supports the business strategy and satisfies future-state objectives.


Opportunity description:
Develop business information models and moderate design modelling with business SME’s
Identify and analyze critical information flows to understand, plan, develop and control the information architecture to improve the potential business value of our information assets.
Engage at an early stage with initiatives in our large transformation programs to provide architectural insight and guidance.
Safeguard quality over time in activities across all architectural disciplines, in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
Cooperate with other architects to ensure a consistent and complete target architecture for Volvo CE where you play a key part to ensure we get the full value of the information across all functions end-to-end and also enabling service offers to customers.

Mindset and Competence:
Passionate about information architecture and the value and opportunity a well-managed architecture creates.
Many years of experience from working with information architecture across mega-processes and functions in a large enterprise.
Well documented experience and skills in information design and information modelling based on well-known standards, e.g. ArchiMate.
Comfortable and functional experience with modelling tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect and or Mega Hopex.
Experience from master data management and data quality management.
You have great communication, presentation, moderation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a “can-do” mindset.
Curious and the ability to understand the potential of technology and information solutions.
Proactively and voluntarily takes the first steps to identify and address issues and opportunities.
You have failed and overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes
You have experience from working in a global environment
You have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset
