Our Exciting Opportunity
The Customer Product Information (CPI) team within Business Unit Network is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer content experience while exploring Ericsson Networks portfolio information.
Our team of Information Architects and Technical Coordinators is growing and looking for new skilled team members!

As Information Architect you will have the opportunity to play a key role in planning and producing our CPI for Ericsson radio access network products (for example: information architecture, taxonomy, and content data structure).
You will
Lead innovation and change in the area of CPI
Drive the information architecture planning and implementation, conducting collaborative working sessions with Marketing and Design teams to define content structure, schema, metadata, taxonomy, and CMS topology
Act as specialist on terminology, taxonomy and navigational structure strategy
Test, monitor, and analyze the impact of implemented changes using metrics and analytics
Ensure the content consistency of each solution for the product lifecycle
To be successful in the role you must have
Education degree in Information Technology or similar
Good understanding of Content Management System
Experience of information handling for cloud infrastructure and microservices solutions, including OpenStack, containers (Kubernetes)
Ability to translate business needs into long-term information architecture solutions
Familiarity with adaptive/responsive web design, automation, CI/CD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with partners at different levels
Nice to have
Experience with programming languages
Experience with telecommunication solutions
