Information Data Owner (Data Steward)
Lynk & Co Business Technology team is seeking a self-going and curious Data Information Owner (Data Steward) with experience from data governance (define, gather, ensure quality, secure, maintain), information architecture and information security to be part of our Data Analytics “Gang”.
The Business Technology team is supporting Lynk & Co business team to support their needs in all digital aspects and areas. You will be part of a great team with ambitions to challenge our business teams, fulfil their needs with cool digital tools and work together with our IT-suppliers to implement cloud-based solutions based on the latest technologies.

The position is based in Gothenburg, Lynk & Co HQ at Lindholmen.
What you'll do
Your main responsibility will be to understand the business data. Furthermore, you will be responsible together with the Product Owners & Business Owners defining data elements and establish policies and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data. You will also ensure with the data owners that sufficient data quality is maintained so that data can effectively be visualized in Power BI and support the business processes and decisions.
- Ensure data quality, e.g. reliability, compliance, trustworthiness
- Be responsible for the information objects, their definitions and attributes
- Drive global master data management work together with the Lynk & Co Business Architect
- Ensure that good traceability is implemented in the data analytics platform
- Provide input on the overall master data architecture and implementation
- Understand and define relationship between data islands, e.g. data from different business areas
What you should have
- Experience from similar roles/responsibilities
- An ambition to be an advisor who inspires the business users what to achieve from our business data especially and data analytics in general
- Structured mind-set and ambition to take full responsibility for the result
- A general understanding about analytics, data warehouse architecture and how to ingest business data in an efficient and secure way
- Willingness to give end-user support and training, with great patience
