Information Management Analyst

Tetra Pak solutions for Sales Forecasting (for Packaging Material and Capital Equipment) and Production Forecasting (for Packaging Material and Additional Material) have been implemented in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) system and are being rolled out globally.Other applications include Vendor Managed Inventory (for Packaging Material) and Event Management (for the Capital Equipment order process).Several other new applications are being studied or prepared for launch for implementation in the SCM Area.


Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking several strong and ambitious candidates to join the Order Fulfillment Supply Chain Management (SCM) Area.There are opportunities to work in the SCM Service, supporting the various applications listed above, in development of new applications or Continuous Improvement GAPs, or in one of the global rollout projects.The SCM Team has Malmo, Sweden, as the primary location, with Service and GAPs also being delivered from Denton, Texas, US as a secondary location.We have plans to extend the Service into the Singapore location in the future.Your main responsibilities will be to:

-Provide super user and end user support of the SCM production applications according to Tetra Pak's Delivery Service process
-Solve reported defects
-Work as systems analyst in roll-out projects, covering the whole cycle including analysis, conversion, go-live, training and hypercare.
- Design and develop GAPs and systems solutions


Kvalifikationer

The position could be based in Lund, Singapore or Denton all depending on the candidate.

The ideal candidate should posses a university degree or diploma from a specialized school, 3 or more years experience with the SAP SCM system, main skill areas Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Event Management, and/or Global Availability to Promise.
