IKEA Customer Support Centre Sweden
ABOUT THE JOB
The world around is changing and people?s behaviours are changing with it. To respond to new consumer shopping behaviour, IKEA needs to become even more accessible and offer convenience and value for time to the many people.
We are now looking for an Information Manager to our Customer Support Centre in Sweden. We are now in a change to build a solid and growth driven organization to meet our consumer with a seamless experience. The role is new in our CSC organization, so you will have a possibility in developing the role further.
Your new team consist of seven Information Owners, with different range areas responsibilities that will support the rest of the organization with information about products, campaigns and services. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the team, making sure everyone is pulling their weight, distributing the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.
In optimizing the knowledge management process you will work closely with other stakeholders in the customer support centre organization. You will actively coach and develop your employees and lead business through people. Prepare to actively participate in the daily operational work e.g. publishing and review content and ensure that it reaches the right target group with the right quality. In this role you will report to our Customer Insight & Knowledge Manager and contribute to the unit business plan.
WHO ARE YOU
You have the ability to combine leadership with proven communication skills and knowledge. We expect you to lead by example and make things happen. Interest in home furnishing and people?s everyday life at home. You have Leadership experience and a relevant education (Marketing, Communication) or relevant work experience. Fluent in English and Swedish. Experience from creating and executing communication plans and following up communication activities.
To be successful
You need to be creative with a can-do attitude, focusing on opportunities and possibilities. Enjoy a start-up environment and love to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. To have a passion to coach and develop others. You need to have an understanding of communication needs and the ability to turn it into practice. Good knowledge in relevant tools, applications and channels. You need good communication skills; verbal and in writing as well as in graphic communication. Good sense of visual communication and strong layout skills is a plus.
