As Information Manager you are a member of our 10 Business Area Management Teams. In this role, you support the development of a communicative organisation, enable better business through communication as well as set pre-conditions to build and protect the IKEA brand.
You work in an inspiring environment in Älmhult, based on creativity and innovation, which gives you the opportunity to work and interact with people from all around the world. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
About the job
You are responsible to create, lead and deliver a Business Area communication plan, based on the Business Plan.
You advise, coach and support leaders to lead with communication.
Together with HR, you support business and people in continuous change.
You identify and prepare communication with external stakeholders and secure editorial content briefs.
You support the creation of business communications (e.g. presentations, business updates etc.) as well as provide direction on content, frequency, and most effective media.
To succeed in this role, we want you to have several years of experience from developing strategic internal communication, preferably for a complex global organization. You are successful in combining strategic and operative communication tasks and naturally you have strong writing skills. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships as well as to influence and challenge. You have an interest in home furnishing and, perhaps the most important part, you always, always have the customer in mind in all that you do!

IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply the IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduce 2 000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10 000 products.
