NASP is a national expert centre for suicide prevention and has also been appointed as a WHO Collaborating Centre for prevention of suicide and mental illness.The main tasks of NASP are to advice and give recommendations to policy-makers and to develop research and preventive methods within the field.Educational activities to increase and disseminate knowledge about suicide and mental health has a high priority.The applicant's responsibilities will include administrative and secretarial duties for the chair of NASP related to * International collaborations with organisations working with Mental Health including WHO, WPA, EPA, APA etc * Maintaining international and national expert contact lists and collaborations * Conference organisation for NASP (Nobel Conference, WHO European Collaborating Centre) The responsibilities will further include: * Student support for Master and other students linked to education courses at NASP * Management of the Library and Information room * Overseeing production and delivery of NASP publications with KI graphic profile * English website management including translations, updates, layout * Managing information requests in English (via website, telephone, fax, email) and dissemination of NASP publications and courses * A 40% administrative personnel is available as support to above mentioned tasks .* Masters degree, preferably the field of Public Health, Health promotion or a profession allied to health care.* English as mother tongue and excellent written and spoken English and some Swedish.* Experience of work with information, publications or work as an information manager.* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).* Certified pass in the KI web-editor course is an asset.
