The Inter IKEA Centre Group (IICG), was established 2001 for the purpose of developing and managing retail developments around IKEA stores in Europe.Today IICG operates in eight countries.Our 700,000 m2 of existing centres are set to double within 3 years.Our head office is in Kastrup, Denmark.We have an established local organization in each country of operation.The role our Kastrup office is to support, develop and co-ordinate the business and project ideas, and supply and present material for decision making and follow-ups.We are now looking for new colleagues who want to join and contribute to a highly motivated team of retail, property and development professionals.Working as Information Manager in Inter IKEA Centre Group you support business and process priorities by facilitating the flow of information with direction and specialist competence.You ensure that the right information goes to the right people within the process and secure the quality of that information.You are responsible for developing an internal information landscape that everyone in the organisation knows and recognized, including taking responsibility for maintaining and further developing the Intranet pages for Inter IKEA Centre Group. You support managers to develop their communication skills and help employees with tools to receive and understand the right information.How we implement the information structure and improve our communication will be measured yearly. You will support and train local webmasters with responsibility to create local intranet pages when needed in the countries of Inter IKEA Centre Group.You will have a wide contact network in the IKEA and Inter IKEA Groups to catch up with decisions or ideas.You are responsible for ensuring the quality in the text, pictures and illustrations are according to standards and policies for IKEA Inside.You are seen as the internal group reporter when events take place, decisions are made or actions taken that need to be communicated on the Intranet. The position is located at headquarters in Kastrup and you report to the HR Manager.You are educated in strategic information management and you have 2-4 years experience of working as Information Manager and/or Webmaster in an international environment.Now, you are ready to take the next step in you career.You have the ability and enjoy to coach others in the area of internal information.You have excellent knowledge in English and good skills in Content Management System, MS Office and Photo Editor, Photoshop and Acrobat.As a person you have desire to take initiative, responsibility and ownership of a process and working area.You are thorough and precise and think in a strategic and long term perspective.Further you are analytical in understanding texts, situations and decisions and have the ability to transform the essence to different internal information channels.You are a team player and a great communicator with different people.You are able to run different projects simultaneously and have the ability to work independently and parallel simultaneously with technique and people.Perhaps you already today work in IKEA or Inter IKEA Group and know how to communicate the IKEA Way.If not, we would be happy to introduce you to it!For more information about IICG, please visit www.iicg.dk.Send your application, written in English, no later than March 21st via www.proffi
