We are now looking for an Information Security & Continuity Manager, a new and important next step to develop Resurs work within information security and continuity management.
Get an idea of the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the Bank´s information security and continuity management program where you will secure a systematic and structured way of managing the requirements set by the board. You contribute with your expertise and apply your strong business mindset, leadership skills as well as use your network around the bank. There will be plenty of room to structure and drive the development within this area.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Influence and contribute to the further development of secure information management and management of risks and give advice for risk mitigation.
- Lead and contribute to different forums and projects regarding information security to support the organization and business development
- Support the organization in information classifications and risk analyses, communicate risk assessment findings, and provide risk remediation guidance to key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, as well as setting requirements based on the policy's set by the board
- Participate in developing and delivering Information Security Awareness Training
- Further develop the work with continuity management where you will create a structured and risk-based program for Continuity Management based on the Continuity Management Framework
- Understand the threat landscape and evaluate threats to ensure business continuity
- Support in creating business impact analysis, continuity and recovery plans as well as follow up and review existing plans
- Support testing from a business and cross functional perspective
- Monitor regulations within the area of continuity and information security and support the organization in the implementation of new or changed regulations
- Look out for trends and news
This position will report to Chief Governance & Risk Officer. You will be placed at one of our offices with regulary travels to HQ in Helsingborg.
On a personal level
The role requires that you work closely with experts within privacy/GDPR, and IT security as well as product management and the commercial organization. You are a strong communicator and a natural leader, comfortable working risk based and you are a doer!
We believe that you have 5+ years of experience from working with Information Security and/or Data Protection, preferably in a broader role as CIO, DPO or CISO.
University degree or equivalent and very good skills in English is a requirement.
