Lead and support different areas of the business with the implementation of Information Security and Data Privacy (IS/DP).

Provide hands on expertise in how to manage information risks in our global environment, supporting both business and solutions development.

Be a valued business partner that drives for sustainable solutions, proactively influence managers and co-workers to establish a risk aware culture to ensure compliance with Inter IKEA policies, rules and guidelines and legal requirements.

As Information Security & Data Privacy Leader you will: 
Provide proactive support to the business in IMC with focus on Information Security & Data Privacy awareness.
Drive and coordinate the business needs to identify risks and implement Information Security and Data Privacy improvements in the organisation and in digital solutions.
Drive the implementation of the Information Security and Data Privacy in software development (Privacy by Design, Secure Software Development etc.)
 Discuss complex IT security topics with the digital department and give advice to the business in a simple language on those complex topics (Secure IT architecture, integration, API, Cloud etc.) and give input or guidance to assessments when needed
 Act in a proactive way in identifying existing and emerging risks and minimizing the impact of these through regular audits, inspections, follow-up and training.
 Facilitate risk discussions and ensure that risk decisions are taken at the right level in the organisation
 Support to ensure compliance with Inter IKEA Group Policy’s, Standards and Rules as well as global, national and local legal demands regarding Information Security and Data Privacy
You will belong to the IMC Digital IS/DP team and work in close partnership with our global IS/DP matrix to support, develop and implement activities according to the strategic, tactical and operational framework
