Information Security Engineer

Floatel International is an International Group established in 2006 with management located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Floatel operate a modern fleet of accommodation and construction support vessels (floatels) for the oil and gas industry all over the world. The fleet is designed to meet the increased demands set by new challenging projects in deep water and hostile environments. Information Security Engineer is a newly established position, and you will be responsible for overall Information and Cyber Security related matters. You will be a member of HSEQ Department and report to Company HSEQ Manager.


Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for overall Information and Cyber Security related matters both onshore and offshore.
Coordinate, develop, maintain and implement the Management System in regards of Information and Cyber Security and continually improve its effectiveness.
Monitor and report the progress of Non-Conformities, Findings and Suggestions for Improvement in regards of Information and Cyber Security.
Schedule, plan, perform, report and follow up Internal Audits with regards to Information and Cyber Security.
Coordinate and participate in external audits and inspections with regards to Information and Cyber Security.
Coordinate compliance activities with regards to Information and Cyber Security including monitoring of legal and regulatory changes.
Part of the Emergency Response Organization.



Education and skills
Formal IT Security education or similar working experience.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
Experience from audits and Incident Investigations with regards to Information and Cyber Security.
Knowledge of relevant security and compliance frameworks, standards and regulations.



Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience from working with Information and Cyber Security.
Preferable experience from the marine or offshore industry.



Others
Travelling will be necessary for this position, including offshore travelling as instructed.
