Information Security Lead - SKF Technology
SKF Technology are now strengthening our global Cybersecurity team as part of SKF’s global Research & Development organization. This role is focused around the security for our customer facing solutions and applications and making sure security is considered throughout development.
As Information Security Area Lead you will work with multiple stakeholders across SKF ensuring security long-term as well as providing hands-on support when required. You will be part of Digital Transformation Innovation (DTI), which includes around 100 people in total and has a driving role in the Digital transformation of SKF.
Your day-to-day work
- Ensure security for SKF Technology applications and solutions together with product development and operation teams
- Ensure compliance of ISO 27K for all our areas within SKF Technology
- Define internal standards for secure development and operation of our products and services based on ISO 27K and customer expectations
- Be the interface towards other security functions and stakeholders of SKF and represent in key programs/initiatives
- Coordinate and prioritize activities within the Cybersecurity team
- Identify security vulnerabilities in our solutions and manage remediation
- Support pre-sales discussions with customers around cybersecurity
- Facilitate trainings in Information and Cybersecurity across SKF Technology
We expect you to have
• Several years of experience within the Information Security field and Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science/IT engineering
• Knowledge and experience in cloud security, platforms and services (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge and experience of working with different standards and legislations like ISO 27001, GDPR or other privacy regulations
• Knowledge and experience in threat modelling and secure development
• Excellent facilitation skills and communication skills in English
• Professional ability to engage with others and experienced in building relationships
• Professional leadership capabilities and capability to plan and organize different activities
• Experience from Agile ways-of-working is meritorious
• Open to travel if needed for specific activities (not to a high extent)

Additional information for you
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. Local contract.
You will be part of a global team with Cybersecurity engineers and System architects focusing on SKF’s customer facing industrial applications world-wide. The position will require frequent collaboration and networking via Teams, telephone, and e-mail. Occasional travelling may be necessary.
You will report to the Manager - Architecture & Cybersecurity in Digital Transformation Innovation.
