Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

Job Description & Summary
The Network Information Security (NIS) team at PwC is searching for a talented security and technology professional to join the Swedish NIS team.
Operating on a local, regional and global scale, Network Information Security (NIS) is responsible for the definition of our security strategy to hands on execution of our global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from predominantly local to centralized services.

As part of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) pillar, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business problems. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Lead the Information Security Governance, Strategy, and Business Services function, reporting to the CISO
Manage a small team of security analysts supporting our application security reviews
Utilize project management skills in the delivery of security projects
Act as a trusted security risk advisor to the CISO
Deliver subject matter expertise as an information security consultant to stakeholders across the firm
Develop a thorough understanding of internal security policies
Respond to client contract enquiries
Develop an information security metrics monitoring program
Contribute to internal risk analysis
Operate at the nexus of governance, compliance, and security operations
Expertly manage relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Act as a key point of contact for business teams for information security-related questions
Navigate a local and global network
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

What do you ideally need for this role?
A strong interest in taking the next step in your information security management career
A broad understanding of Information Security domains
Relevant experience in the information security field is essential
Strong understanding of security technology & risk management concepts
Project Management skills are an advantage
The ability to independently exercise judgment whilst navigating complex issues
Business: Mature understanding of information security and its importance in a business environment
The desire to work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes
Inquisitive nature and intuition regarding what questions to ask, when, and their relative significance - a desire and enjoyment to learn
Communication skills to assist, inform, and build relationships with stakeholders in both the business and support teams, to enable effective information security activities and processes aligned to the firm’s security strategy
Proven people management experience to provide coaching and development for others to maximize their potential
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree. Security professional certifications would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate resides in Sweden and has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
