Information Security Manager
Lynk & Co is seeking an Information Security Manager to help the organization protect its information assets.
The main responsibility of the Information Security Manager is to protect Lynk & Co information assets by developing, implementing and maintaining an Information- and Cyber Security Management System. This in order to ensure that Security is managed in a best practice manner throughout the organization and towards external partners.
Furthermore, the Information Security Manager shall guide the organization and provide best practice know-how related to Information- and Cyber Security.
Main focus areas:
Awareness: continue to identify the need and develop a plan to raise the information security awareness within the company
Policies and procedures: continue to identify the need and develop policies and procedures within information security in accordance with best practice
Governance and organization: continue to develop and formalize the Information Security organization with roles and responsibilities in accordance with best practice
Risk assessments: Perform company wide Information Security risk assessments and support the organization with department specific Information Security risk assessments

You will report to the Manager Digital Program Portfolio, Architecture & Information Security.

The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co International HQ. The position includes responsibility internationally.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Information Security Management System
- Develop and maintain Cyber Security Management System
- Perform company wide Information Security risk assessments
- Supervise the implementation of security controls in applications
- Supervise the development of security architecture and design principles for applications
- Supervise security testing program for existing and new applications
- Supervise disaster and recovery procedures
- Supervise and manage Information Security awareness program
- Manage incident management process
- Perform third party security assessments
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
What you should have
- Previous experience from working as Information Security Manager or similar role (e.g. CISO)
- Knowledge in ISMS and CSMS
- Knowledge in Governance Risk and Compliance
To thrive in this role, you need to be a driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities and have excellent communication skills.
You are fluent in English, both oral and written, and have the ability to travel.
