Information Security Officer

- Develop and future-proof how we manage information security across the Group with the focus on information classification, risk-based protection of information assets, and wider risk management in business context

- Work enterprise wide across the entire information security space from developing frameworks, assessing and synthesising both external, such as the threat and regulatory landscape, and internal, such as IT environment, transformations and audits, factors

- Both hands-on work with processes, procedures and standards, and enterprise level work alongside specialists and stakeholders to ensure processes are efficient, understood and implemented

- Lead the way with the integration of information security processes across the Group and influencing connected processes



What is needed in this role:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and maintaining information security frameworks or processes within information classification, information protection or wider information security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) domain

- Demonstrated project, change and stakeholder management skills, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups

- Deep insights in the financial services’ risk and regulatory landscape, the concepts of operational resilience, information sensitivity and protection and risk management

- Be a driven and pragmatic team-player yet have the ability to be highly independent and structured

- Be curious and confident problem-solver keen to challenge and deliver positive change to the current ways of working
