We are looking for an Information Security Officer with specific focus on supporting IT and business projects by having a solid background in both security architecture and risk assessment methodologies. Alfa Laval is now on a steep journey towards modernization, digitalization and smart manufacturing which brings great opportunity to influence how we build secure products, services, solutions and technologies. The ISO will be a key resource from the early stages of many projects to finish and go-live.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe you are able to manage and work with multiple stakeholders in business and IT. You will also need will need to be engaged in many different projects at a time and have very good communication and collaboration skills. The resource will also be familiar with awareness and explaining why building in Security from the start is essential, and how to convey the message about key risk mitigation activities.
What you know
Knowledge in ISO or NIST frameworks are required
Experience in the field of Information Security
CISM and/or CISSP or other relevant Information Security certification is desired
Being able to see the bigger picture and understand complex IT and security architecture is important
About the job
Working with Information Security policies, principals and standards throughout Alfa Laval globally. Guide business and projects to raise awareness in a new security model
Oversee and collaborate with project owner throughout the organization, including IT-systems, vendors, business capabilities and processes, and ensure adequate protection level based on the outcome of the BIA and risk assessments
Identifying and addressing risks and threats in business and IT.
The identification and management of new risks based on the ever-changing external threat landscape and their appropriate allocation of ownership within the organization.
The review of technology & service/project proposals from the business to ensure that they do not compromise the existing security model and have adequate security built in.
