Information Security Officer with strong knowledge in Operational Technology

About the position
As one of many steps in our strive to become fossil free within a generation Vattenfall has embarked on a journey with digitalization as one of the corner stones. The energy landscape is changing and requires Vattenfall to adopt in our endeavor to utilize on emerging opportunities like Internet of things and E-Mobility as well as ramping up efforts to meet security threats to Vattenfall's infrastructure. In order to meet these challenges Vattenfall is now searching for an experienced individual that can further develop and strengthen our operational technology security governance. You will be a part of an organization with a true ambition to become a benchmark business-oriented security organization. In this environment you are welcome to form a role where you get to use your knowledge and experiences to the full. In your role you will report to the Chief Information Security Officer and will work in close collaboration with our Group Operational Technology Security Officer.

Main tasks and responsibilities as an Information Security Officer:
As information security officer, you will have a key role within information- and cyber security governance of Vattenfall. You will, together with a team of dedicated colleagues and consultants, develop information- and cyber security policies and guidance. You will drive co-operation groups, plan and coordinate and participate in group-wide security projects and be an integral part of building up awareness and competence throughout the Vattenfall group. As Vattenfall is an energy company a solid understanding within the area of operational technology and industrial control systems is needed.

Your profile and qualifications:
Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent educational background
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant positions
Experience of OT security management in multi-stakeholder environments
Experience of information security management with an international focus
Masters our group language English, both spoken and written on an excellent professional level.
Good knowledge of EU and national authorities' working methods and requirements for the energy industry

Location: Preferably Sweden, location in any other of the Vattenfall core countries can be discussed.
