Information Security Officer for Sales/REP

We are now looking for a new Information Security Officer for Sales/REP

When SKF combines cutting-edge knowledge of rotating shafts with world-class products, services and innovation, the offer becomes unique. This is what we call Rotating Equipment Performance (REP). When we apply REP in our customers' service agreements, we strengthen their competitiveness by, among other things, increasing operational reliability, increasing availability, and reducing environmental impact.
Enabler for REP is data, data that we need to handle in an controlled and safe way, in accordance with ISO 27001. That is why we now need to strengthen our team with an Information Security Officer.


Roles for information security officer are, thus, required to potentially support the Sales and ensuring that they are:
• Aware of information security requirements relevant to REP processes and individuals
• Implementing these requirements appropriately in accordance to the coming new SKF policies and guidance
• Updating Sales with the latest REP requirements from SKF, Customers, or any other parties
• Communicate information about security needs, questions, or new requirements to SKF information security roles, across different areas as well as the central information security organization


Your day-to-day work
As our Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Collecting information security requirements of customers related to REP.
• Information security risk assessment and asset classification
• Take active part in REP information security projects
• Provide recommendations about information security requirements and trends in the market related to REP
• Provide guidance on secure storage of REP related information used and produced by Sales and deliveries, and the information shared by customers with Sales (for example related to assessment data)
• Develop REP information security training that is targeted at Sales, in collaboration with the information security organization in SKF
• Verifying the compliance of Sales suppliers with information security
• Liaise with the individual managers to implement the information security controls
• Influence product development related to REP in the area information security point of view


We except you to have
• BSc or higher technical academic qualifications
• Proven experience from either sales or information technology
• Ability to priority, initiate and follow up on plans and meet set deadlines
• Knowledge of Digital technologies, IT architectures and data management and Information Security (IT)


Experience in Services and sales will be beneficial
• Knowledge of data driven processes and/or business
• Excellent English skills,other language skills will be a plus, especially Swedish as you will be located in the Gothenburg office
