Information Security Operations

Your tasks
You manage daily security operations and drive operational effectiveness
You act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively, coaching others, recognising their strengths, and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal development as well as addressing sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
You actively monitor the security posture of the Swedish firm
You are responsible for the management of the Vulnerability Management Programme including risk assessment & research
You work closely with the IT team ensuring that new and changed infrastructure is appropriately secured
You analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations and you use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions.
You develop new skills outside of your comfort zone.
You uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Your profile
You have 2-5 years experience in a technical role in IT and/or Information Security
You demonstrate extensive knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in Information Security concepts, principles and standards, their application in a large enterprise environment and their impact on business
Ideally, although not essential, you have experience managing technical teams
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills including an ability to communicate effectively in English
You have proven success in identifying and addressing leadership and stakeholder needs to overcome challenges and gain a positive result
You have an appropriate degree and/or masters. A security professional certification would be an advantage.
