Our client's is an innovation and development company at the forefront of mobility.

Modular
development, ground-breaking virtual engineering, software development and continuous
innovation enable us to deliver world-class technology. Today we deliver to different
automotive brands in the Geely family such as Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, and Lynk & Co and are
based at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.


Being a RnD actor at the forefront of mobility we continuously generate, manage and
consume large volumes of data and information. We have procedures in place to identify and
protect these information assets and some of that work is facilitated from the Information
Security function, in close collaboration with other teams. Since our business is rapidly
evolving and innovative technology is constantly introduced, we must keep up to speed to
identify, assess and address the relevant information security risks. We are looking for a new
team member to join us in this exciting journey.


We expect that you have experience from other high-tech innovation organizations and
knowledge of several frameworks of relevance for information security management, and
willing to dig in on several continuous operative tasks under the information security
responsibility. You are the kind of person that thrives in an environment where everything
not is set, and gets inspired from defining and implementing solutions. You will work closely
with business stakeholders, architects, developers and other colleagues to ensure that
information security risks are managed according to expectations. You are pragmatic, self-driven, curious and flexible with a “we’ll find a way”-attitude



Tasks
• The information security coordinator will independently assist business and IT in ad hoc
investigations and assessments of risks and mitigation activities in relation to information
assets
• Will develop governing documents within our Information Security Management System
• Is responsible for several operational tasks in the security management processes and procedures
• Understands business directions/objectives and market conditions to assess information security risks and opportunities
• Drive risk discussions with stakeholders
• Coordinate with other security functions as well as independently manage diverse information security development tasks





Qualifications
• Solid experience working in the field of information security
• Knowledge on ISO27001 and one or more well-known information security framework
• Experience from risk management
• Good understanding of Devops culture, Agile processes and principles
• Good understanding of Identity and Access management and Zero trust
• Holistic view and capability to understand IT services in a business context
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• A team mindset and an outgoing personality with the ability to guide and inspire others.
The team is located in Göteborg, Lindholmen but works with teams and stakeholders all
over the world
