Arbetsbeskrivning
Are you an information security specialist with the capability to both lead and perform operational support in a global context? Are you passionate about securing and protecting information and digital products and platforms against known and emerging threats? Do you have a knack for spotting trends and finding creative solutions to complex problems and want to have fun at work? If so, then come join our team at IKEA!
About the role
As Information Security Specialist, you support our digital product and platform teams to manage their information security risks. This involves having regular interactions with teams that work on various digital business-enablers, including digital products that are used by IKEA customers worldwide. You support these teams to identify and mitigate their information security risks, and ultimately actively contribute to protecting trust in the IKEA brand.
More specifically, in this role you will:
Lead assessments to support digital product and platform teams to identify and mitigate their information security risks, such as business impact analyses, digital risk assessments, third party assessments and AI assessments.
Advise digital product and platform teams to implement information security controls. You leverage our digital risk control framework, but you are also capable of thinking out-of-the-box and recommend tailored solutions and work side-by-side with the teams to find practical solutions.
Develop cyber security training content and facilitate trainings for product and platform teams.
Document our engagement with digital product and platform teams to support digital risk management and reporting.
Support our processes to ensure that Inter IKEA Group adheres to internal and external (regulatory) requirements and standards (e.g., NIS2, CRA, CER, AI Act, 27001, OWASP).
Act as an ambassador of IKEA values, promoting collaboration, innovation, and a positive work culture.
Information security is not a one-person job. You will work together with many specialists and leaders across IKEA, including but not limited to:
The team’s information security and data privacy leaders to ensure digital risks are managed on the appropriate level and are escalated if needed.
Our centralized information security and data privacy capability teams to ensure the digital product and platforms teams that you support leverage available capabilities, such as identity and access management, security monitoring, and disaster recovery.
The network of information security and data privacy teams across Inter IKEA Group to standardize and further improve our ways of working.
Our IKEA franchisees and other IKEA companies across the globe.
This role is positioned within the Franchise and Data Privacy team in Operations Management, part of Inter IKEA Group’s Enabling Functions and reports to the Franchise and Data Privacy team manager. Occasional traveling, mainly to Sweden/Netherlands, will be required to stay connected with Inter IKEA Group’s network of information security and data privacy teams and the digital product and platform teams you support.
