Information Security Specialist to Swedish Match

Are you an Information Security (IS) Specialist and passionate about developing and implementing structural capital and measures to ensure information security risks are identified and effectively managed? Then you're in the right place and we have the perfect job for you!

About the job:

- You will drive the Information Security Risk Process, ensuring that information and systems are classified based on protection value, risks are identified, and relevant controls are designated and understood by involved stakeholders.
- Support the security awareness program for key stakeholders (e.g. End Users, Information and Service Owners, Service Responsibles).
- Support the organization in procuring, designing, implementing, and securing IT services and/or business processes to ensure new systems have the required level of security.
- Support Solution Architects and developers with security guidance.
- Consolidate and report on key KPIs, risks, and key risk mitigation plans across Swedish Match and recommend actions.
- Support development of the Information Security Management System.
- Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of information security procedures, controls and reporting and recommending improvement actions.

- Strong interpersonal skills preferably with experience in multi-cultural contexts.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.

Who are you?

- You have an understanding of different business areas, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar positions where certifications in Information and IT Security are beneficial.
- You have a strong interest in information security and privacy issues.
- You understand the value of information and processes.
- You are driven, proactive, and curious to learn new things.
