What it’s in for you?
We are part of an agile product development organisation with SAFE as a way of working and in our solution Connected Experience, we have created a new team with focus on Consumer Quality activities.
We gather quality metrics to visualize, analyze and define incidents/ the problem statement.
We continuously communicate consumer insights internally our solution Connected Experience, suppliers and service departments.
We lead activities and actions to define, measure and analyze issues to find root causes and solve end customer issues.
We are the voice of the customer.

As a contact person for ART Infotainment you will be part of a highly skilled agile team which has a good mix of nationality, gender, age and experience. Here you will have the opportunity to learn and develop for every sprint. There are no limits when it comes to how much there is to learn. 

Do you fit the profile?
Within Consumer Quality team we are looking for professional and enthusiastic person, who will be the main contact between the Quality Insight - the ART Infotainment/ART Hardware & Mechatronic. 
Define and prioritize items coming from our consumers together with the team. Support the team members with scoping of the problems and support/lead deeper analysis of data to find the root cause(s). Be a stakeholder for field quality complaints.
Experience within Infotainment area is required.
We believe that you at least have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent and have automotive experience. You have good communication skills and are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
On a personal side, we believe that you are a social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. It is important that you are highly customer focused and that you are driven by overcoming challenges and finding solutions both short term as well as long term.
