Infra & Ops Manager to join G-Loot’s Infra & Ops team.

We’re now looking for an addition to the core of our organization, a person that can further help provide an amazing infrastructure for us to continue building on our success. Come and join the future of modern technology, gaming and Esports!

What you’ll do

As our Infra & Ops Manager you will be working hands-on with the Infra & Ops development as well as being responsible for the management of the team itself.

The objective of the team is to make it easy for our developers to build scalable and secure applications which we believe is a certain key to success. You will be collaborating closely with our application developers to create an efficient cloud environment for their development and applications.

Key responsibilities are:

- Management of the team; this includes leadership, communication and planning
- Communicating with stakeholders and collecting key-requirements
- Prioritizing tasks and road-mapping
- Development of Infra & Ops

You have a strong analytical aptitude, possessing the ability to quickly convert complex processes into understandable and easy-to-manage, requirements, road-maps and decision points. You take ownership of your team's work and have a driven mindset. Infra & Ops is your passion and you’re always curious to learn more about the latest technologies.

Please note this position is located in Stockholm, Sweden - we will not be able to provide a visa or travel re-location for this role.

Required experience:

- Configuration and automation of the infrastructure
- Building, deploying and monitoring software in a cloud environment (Google Cloud)
- Containerisation (e.g. Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform & Terragrunt)
- CI/CD-pipelines
- Github Actions


It’s a plus if you have:

- Experience with managing engineers
- Experience from other cloud-environments
- The applications we run are built on Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Node, Nest.js. Knowledge on these tools is a bonus
- An interest in Gaming & Esports
- Experience from a fast-paced and growing organization
