Job description: The candidate will be a part of the Support, Supervision and Operations Management Team, based in Stockholm.The responsibility includes: . To secure and monitor the applications functionality according to customer requirements . Insure that interfaces and files are running as expected . Insure that jobs within the applications are executed as expected and on time.. Insure that the system is available to the users through the web.In this role You will support the customers on technical and logistical issues and manage and communicate extension request from customer.You will also be responsible for all IT-environment at the Stockholm Office.Since Syncron's customers are large international organizations, the position will occasionally include travelling, primarily within Europe.This position can also include work outside normal business hours. Qualifications: You have a Master in Science of Computers or equivalent level of education including: . Experiences with databases, SQL and interfaces with different applications..Experience of files transfers, interfaces and formats.. Experience from maintaining a Windows Server 2003 server environment, MS Exchange and Active directory.. Experience from maintaining Windows 2000 and XP clients.. You have knowledge of/and experience in the operation and maintenance of TCP/IP based LAN/WAN solutions including Internet connectivity and related network services (eg: WLAN, DNS, switches).Syncron is looking for someone that is self driven, result oriented with a high energy level, strong motivation as well as good social skills.We also see that you have excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
