Description of the assignment
Within the company, major changes are being implemented in order to digitize our services and make it as easy as possible for our citizens to contact us. The digitization department has just over 100 employees and is led by a department manager and four unit managers, who form the department's management team. We are a part of the business's board administration, whose mission is to lead, control, follow up on, and develop the business, as well as to provide effective support. For control and collaboration in the development and management of digital support, we use the pm3 model.
During the autumn, we reviewed our digital infrastructure, which will result in a number of assignments over the next few years to further develop it. As a result, we need to strengthen our IT architect group to handle both of these assignments as well as support for other objects and projects. The current consultant will be one of four IT architects who will work as a team.
The consultant will be a member of the Digitization Department's IT architect team, which will entail dealing with both overall architectural issues and actively working as an IT architect on various projects and objects.
Requirements for skills
In both speech and writing, I am fluent in Swedish and English.
Have level 4 competence in the role of infrastructure architect.
Academic training in the field (computer engineer, civil engineer or system developer)
Documented experience as an infrastructure architect, as well as leading and driving development in the field. As an infrastructure architect, you must have experience designing and implementing IT strategies, as well as driving IT development from both a technical and operational standpoint. You must have management model experience to be an infrastructure architect. PM3
Worked as an infrastructure architect for a large organization for a long time, where assignments were completed with high quality and collaboration skills.
Essentials
Work experience of public procurement and experience of working with LOU
You must have completed at least two major procurements, alternatively three smaller procurements, from feasibility study to implementation
Good communication skills and a high level of service
Duration: 6 months + extension
