About the role
As an Infrastructure Cloud Technology Specialist, you will build and improve our IT infrastructure and develop our capabilities with Cloud technologies. You will be part of our innovative and caring IT Infrastructure Team, who are responsible for development and testing systems to support change within Stena. You will play an important role in orchestrating how we implement new technologies into our current IT infrastructure and making sure, we are always able to provide an unparalleled level of service to our business. Your daily work will be maintaining and developing our Compute platform with focus on Cloud Technology. You will work in different DevOps constellations with cloud integrations and XaaS etc. from an infrastructural perspective. At Stena, we aim to work as closely as possible with other Teams within Group IT to provide as much value as possible to our customers. We are brave and dare to challenge our customers to drive change.



About you
We are looking for a brilliant and capable team player who likes to share knowledge with colleagues and comfortably communicates at all levels within our organization. You have the ability to organize your own workload and work towards deadlines in dynamically moving situations. Preferably, you are a delivery-focused person with multi-task skills who likes to see proactivity as a natural part of your daily work. To succeed in this role, you probably must have at least 3 years’ experience working in an enterprise-level server environment with focus on Cloud Technologies.

About the Core Infra Team

In Group IT, the Infrastructure department is responsible for delivering the underlying Network, Compute and Database platforms for Stena’s business units. You will be working in the Core Infra Team who is responsible for the delivery of Compute. This includes Server infrastructure such as Data Centers, Servers, Cloud, Storage, Backup, Active Directory, Monitoring, Automation, IT Security etc. On a day-to-day basis, we manage, develop and support our systems to stay relevant and secure. With a business value in mind, we encourage our people to try new things and grow career wise within Group IT.
